TERMS & CONDITIONS OF REPAIR SERVICE

  1. General Agreement

By requesting or authorizing any repairs or services, you (“the Customer”) agree to the following terms and conditions, which govern all repair services provided by Okusuka Enterprise.

  1. Estimates and Pricing
  • All prices provided are estimates. Final charges may vary based on the actual condition of the item and the services required.
  • Any significant deviations from the original estimate will be communicated and require approval before continuing with the service.
  • The estimate does not include taxes, shipping, or additional parts not originally mentioned unless specified.
  1. Authorization of Repairs
  • The Customer agrees that by submitting an item for repair, they authorize the Okusuka Enterprise to perform diagnostics and proceed with repairs as needed.
  • The Customer is responsible for providing accurate information about the product to be repaired.
  • If the repair cost exceeds the agreed-upon estimate, the Okusuka Enterprise will contact the Customer for approval.
  1. Service Duration
  • Estimated repair times are provided based on standard workload and complexity of the repair.
  • Delays may occur due to factors such as availability of parts, unforeseen damages, or complexity. The Company will keep the Customer informed of any such delays.
  1. Parts and Warranty
  • Okusuka Enterprise uses new or refurbished parts as appropriate for the repair.
  • Okusuka Enterprise provides a [X]-day warranty on parts and labour for the specific repair completed. This warranty does not cover any other issues that arise after the repair unrelated to the work performed.
  • Warranty voids if the repaired product is altered, mishandled, or tampered with by anyone other than the Company.
  1. Liability
  • Okusuka Enterprise is not responsible for any data loss, damage, or malfunction of the product before or after the repair.
  • Okusuka Enterprise is not liable for any indirect or consequential damages, including loss of use, loss of data, or any other incidental damages related to the repair.
  • The Customer agrees to back up all important data prior to bringing any device for repair.
  1. Ownership of Replaced Parts
  • All replaced parts are considered the property of the Company unless otherwise specified by the Customer at the time of repair.
  1. Unclaimed Items
  • The Customer agrees to collect their item(s) within [X] days of being notified of completion.
  • Items not collected within [X] days will incur storage fees of $[X] per day.
  • After [Y] days, unclaimed items may be considered abandoned, and the Company reserves the right to dispose of or sell the item to recover costs.
  1. Payment Terms
  • Full payment is required upon completion of the repair unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
  • Payment can be made via [Cash, Online transfer, QR Code].
  • Okusuka Enterprise reserves the right to retain possession of the item until payment is made in full.
  1. Cancellations and Refunds
  • Once work has commenced, cancellation may not be possible or may incur charges for the work performed up until cancellation.
  • The Company does not offer refunds for completed repairs unless covered under the warranty terms.
  1. Governing Law
  • These Terms and Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of [Malaysia], and any disputes will be resolved in the courts of [Jurisdiction].
  1. Amendments
  • Okusuka Enterprise reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting to the Company’s website or communicating to the Customer.
